Freudian Based Type of Therapy
Question: Which Freudian-based type of therapy do you believe is the most effective, "psychoanalysis" (p. 578) or "psychodynamic therapy" (p. 579)? Why do you believe that? Answer: Psychological therapies by Freudian: There are two types of therapies involved, such as: psychoanalysis, and psychodynamic therapy. The psychodynamic therapy is a most effective type of therapy. It includes the approaches of analytical therapies (Leichsenring et al., 2014). It includes the core principle of the unconscious mind, feelings, memories, and the effect of behaviors. The factors which make this type of therapy as most effective are: free association, therapeutic transference, interpretation, and short-term psychodynamic therapies. These factors make this type of therapies more effective than Psychoanalysis therapy (Marcus, 2016). References: Leichsenring, F., Salzer, S., Beutel, M. E., Herpertz, S., Hiller, W., Hoyer, J., ...
